I was born in Sydney, Australia. My family and I moved
to America when I was 5 years old. (A "vacation" became
much more permanent!) After living in Atlanta, Georgia and
Whiting, Indiana for a brief time, we moved to Homewood,
Illinois (a south suburb of Chicago.) I went through Elementary,
Junior High, and High School in Homewood before attending
Roosevelt University in downtown Chicago. After 4 years, I
earned my B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. I also spent my college
years writing music and performing at any possible opportunity.
After graduation, I saved some money and moved back to
Australia for a year to "give it a go" in my homeland. Living and
playing music in Melbourne was a wonderful experience.
I am so excited for this year. I'm working on a new album at home,
and it's going really well. I'm taking my time to make sure that
I'm really happy with it. I'm giving it my best, and so far so good.
I will definitely post details in the blog section of this website as
I get further into the recording to let you in on the process.
